Training

Two days of real tactical instruction, designed and delivered by former Special Forces operators. Each module has been tested in genuine operational environments and refined specifically for high-performance executive participants. There are no simulations for their own sake — every exercise has operational logic.

The tactical intensity of each day gives way, each evening, to a standard of comfort and service that reflects the expectations of VECTOR participants. Every logistical element is pre-arranged. Nothing requires coordination on your part. Your only task is to arrive.

Executive Operations takes place at classified sites across Europe — selected for operational authenticity, legal compliance, and appropriate security. Site locations are disclosed to accepted participants under NDA prior to programme commencement.

All theoretical safety training and legal orientation components are conducted at VECTOR's certified facility in Bavaria, Germany, under the strictest European regulatory framework.
