Before any tactical training begins, there is a legal, practical, and philosophical foundation to establish. VECTOR's Tactical Foundation programme is the only offering of its kind that accompanies you through the full lifecycle of responsible ownership — from first legal steps to safe, confident handling.

All theoretical and safety training in Tactical Foundation is conducted in Bavaria, at a certified facility operating under the most rigorous European regulatory framework available.

Legal Pathway — Firearm License Acquisition
Complete advisory on the German legal requirements for obtaining a Waffenbesitzkarte (WBK) or Waffenschein — eligibility, documentation, application process, timelines, and fastest compliant route for your profile.

Model & Platform Advisory
Independent advisory on firearm selection — calibre, platform, manufacturer, and configuration appropriate to your context, experience, and intended use. No commercial relationships with manufacturers.

Safe Handling & Storage
Certified instruction in safe firearm handling, safe storage (home and vehicle), and the legal and personal responsibilities of ownership across Germany and the EU. Compliant with the highest European safety standards.

Situational Awareness Foundations
Introduction to environmental threat reading, pre-incident indicators, and the mental framework for personal security — the prerequisites for any further tactical training.

Qualification & Certification
Completion of Foundation qualifies participants for progression into Executive Operations. All relevant certifications and documentation issued.
